Cancellation Policy
In case you would need to cancel after payment, please immediately contact us. There is the possibility to nominate another person as an attendee of the event you have applied for. If you are unable or not willing to find a substitute, we would apply the following policy (for all reasons, and also for substitutes):

| 29 to 11 days prior to the event | 50% |
| 10 days or less to the event | Not eligible |
Changes may happen with limited or no notice before the event date, due to varying reasons (e.g. weather conditions, security or public health issues, team sickness or injury, etc.). An event might also not have sufficient numbers.
In any case, we will suggest an alternative where possible or immediately provide a full refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We shall not be held liable for any other loss resulting from cancellations or changes.
